PURPOSE: A power grip is provided to enable a user to easily and freely adjust the grip strength and elastic force strength thereof. CONSTITUTION: The power grip(10) comprises a pair of handles(13a,13b), which are coupled about a rotating shaft so as to be moved toward or far away from each other; a spring member(20) having a pair of fixing ends to be fixed to the handles, respectively, the spring member serving to forcibly push the handles in order to widen a space between the handles; and an elastic force adjustment part for making a fixing position of the at least one of the fixing ends moving toward or far away from the rotating shaft.
