PURPOSE: A method for setting a superdrill is provided to precisely drill a hole of 0.1mm in diameter in cemented metal. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting a superdrill to drill a hole of 0.1mm in diameter comprises the steps of: setting an electrode of 80-120mm in length; installing a special guide at the upper and lower part of wire; setting a discharge condenser of 70-80Kg/Cm2 in capacity; setting drilling speed of 1-2mm/min; supplying a current of 1 ampere to a machine tool and a servomotor; and supplying an electrode consumption of 15mm.
