PURPOSE: A portable charger is provided to achieve improved use convenience and durability of charger by charging the portable phone from the electrical energy generated from the grasping power of a user. CONSTITUTION: A portable charger system comprises a first step(S21,S22) of obtaining a kinetic energy from the movement of a user; a second step(S23) of converting the kinetic energy into an electrical energy; a third step(S24) of storing an electrical energy into a secondary cell; and a fourth step(S25) of permitting the user to charge a portable phone with the electrical energy stored in the secondary cell when needed.
