PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for advantageously manufacturing a frame made of aluminum pipes having crooked square pipes with the high accuracy of joining without impairing the bending accuracy of the crooked square pipes. SOLUTION: This method is constituted by including the next stage. After joining at least a part of contact parts 24 between square pipes assembled so as to be brought into contact with each other by friction/agitation, by making the unjoined parts between those joined square pipes crook, components with which a part of an objective frame is given are formed, after that, a plurality of the components formed in this way are assembled in the state where the components are brought into contact with each other and integrally joined.
