PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine in which a pretreating body for scraping the upper surface of a base levee at a prescribed height, an earth-building-up rotor for feeding the mud for ridging to levee-forming places and a levee-arranging body for forming mud fed from the earth-building-up rotor into the levee while rotating the mud are installed so as to enable free left and right offset. SOLUTION: In the levee plastering machine, (1) the pretreating body 32, the earth-building- up rotor 21 and the levee-arranging body 26 are supported by one transmission frame 15 and power is transmitted from the transmission frame 15 to the pretreating body 32 and the earth-building-up rotor 21 and the levee-arranging body 26, (2) the transmission frame 15 is made rotatable in the left and right directions around a rotating shaft 14 in the vertical direction, (3) the base end of the transmission frame 15 is attached to a movable machine frame 8 and offset amounts in the left and right directions in the movable machine frame 8 and the transmission frame 15 are made adjustable by a cylinder mechanism 7, (4) the base end of the transmission frame 15 is attached to the movable machine frame 8, and the movable machine frame 8 and the transmission frame 15 are made rotatable in left and right directions by the cylinder mechanism 7, (5) control of upper surface scraping width of base levee Na is carried out while moving the pretreating body 32 in left and right directions and (6) the control of the upper surface scraping depth Nc of the base levee Na is carried out while moving the pretreating body 32 in the vertical direction.
