PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet recording head so constituted that both of a holder member and a recording liquid storing unit member are readily and surely coupled to a recording unit. SOLUTION: First snap fits 18a, 18b and second snap fits 19a, 19b to be engaged with engagement projections 9a, 9b of a fluid passage forming member 6 are formed on a frame 16 so as to be elastically deformed. First reception sections 6g, 6h are formed on the engagement projection 9a of the fluid passage forming member 6 and second reception sections 6e, 6f are formed on the engagement projection section 9a and they are to be engaged with the first snap fits 18a, 18b and the second snap fits 19a, 19b, respectively. The engagement direction between the first snap fits 18a, 18b and the first reception section 6g, 6h is almost perpendicular to the engagement direction between the second snap fits 19a, 19b and the second reception sections 6e, 6f.
