<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize improvement of production efficiency, labor saving and cost down of a raw material by automatically measuring the weight of Chikuwa (tubular roll of boiled fish paste) by a Chikuwa weight-measuring apparatus (referred to the patent number 2516517) and automatically adjusting the raw material feed amount in order to solve the problem of uneveness of the weight of completed Chikuwa in a production line of Chikuwa or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The weight of Chikuwa, etc., pushed out by a well-known rotation pushing-out type raw material-forming machine in the Chikuwa production line changes in response to water content, etc., of the raw material.
