PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package structure for salmon which downsizes the pack age (box) and makes easy to handle, reduces distribution cost and not requires troublesome and terrible work of taking the salmon into pieces to those given the salmon by reviewing the conventional package structure which houses whole of the salmon, and housing divided or filleted fish in a container. SOLUTION: The package structure contains the salmon fillet obtained by cutting and dividing the salmon with a cutlery into two or three sheet like parts (side of the fish), cutting the side of the fish in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the fish into blocks, and then cutting the block into fillets, and wrapping the block with a wrapping bag and housing the wrapped blocks of the fish in the container.
