摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing toner capable of obtaining toner of small particle size which has excellent developing property and transferring property and stable electrifying property even in the high temperature and humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing toner, a composition containing at least binder resin and colorant is kneaded by fusion, the kneaded material is cooled and solidified, the solidified material is pulverized and classified by pulverizing and classification means and the toner is obtained. Therein, the pulverizing means incorporates a ring-shaped pulverizing rotor 2 having a pulverizing blade comprising a plurality of rugged parts substantially provided on the entire periphery of the outer surface supported by a rotation shaft, a liner 3 which is fixedly arranged leaving an aperture with the pulverizing rotor and, at the same time, has a plurality of rugged parts on the opposite surface to the pulverizing rotor and a classification rotor 4 of rotation blade type discharging the portion of a prescribed particle size or less in raw material which is pulverized between the pulverizing rotor and the liner and is brought upward. Therein, further, a circulation passage for bringing the raw material which cannot be discharged to the outlet side to the under part of the aperture is disposed under the pulverizing blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
