PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing equipment, in which supporting stiffness in the axial direction in turning is improved, while the dimension of the wheel bearing equipment is restrained. SOLUTION: In a hub-bearing for supporting an axle, a double-row bearing is employed normally, and the position relative to a wheel is decided so that the vehicle weight in a still time may act respectively on the center of the double-row bearing. When a vehicle makes a turn, greater radial and axial loads are imposed on the axle on the side opposite to the turning direction (the left side of the vehicle in the case of a right turn). Consequently, it is effective in making a turn to raise the rigidity of a bearing 8 on the outside in turning rather than a bearing 9 in the inside row. In the present invention, the rigidity of the bearing 8 on the flange side is made higher than the bearing 9 on the other side without degrading the bearing, consequently, the rigidity in turning is improved.
