PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device consuming less energy. SOLUTION: The flow rate measuring device is provided with at least a pair of vibrators 11 provided on a fluid conduit 10 to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals, a transmitting means 13 to drive the vibrator 11, a receiving means 15 to receive signals from the vibrator 11, and a switching means 12 to switch transmission and reception to/from the vibrator 11. It is also provided with an amplifier 16 to amplify signals inputted to the receiving means 15, a repeating means 23 to repeat transmission and reception, a gain setting means 17 to set gain of the amplifier 16, and an energization control means 18 to control energization to the gain setting means 17.
