PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize status recognition that can simultaneously recognize and more accurately recognize status information items of different time gradings. SOLUTION: A sensor part 11 worn by an object person detects the user's status as electrical information. A data division part 12 divides the output data of the sensor part 11 by time grading. A status identification part 13 executes feature extraction and status identification for each data division to acquire status information on the user, and a status information storage part 14 stores the status information obtained by the status identification. A status correction part 15 corrects the stored status information across different time gradings to acquire more precise status information. The division of the data by time grading, the simultaneous independent acquisition of the status information of different time gradings, and the correction across time grading hierarchies can modify erroneous recognition.
