<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously and surely distribute an extra issued irregularly with high quality equal to the quality of paper surface printed by a newspaper press machine to readers of each area, and to collect data on the distribution area of an extra without taking hands and labor. <P>SOLUTION: Space data of an extra created for a factory 20 by a terminal device 11 is converted to the space data of a general purpose form to be displayed and printed by general purpose devices 31, 32 of a registrant (a sales shop 30, a branch office 40, a general reader 90), and then stored in a delivery server device 15 to be accessed by the sales shop 30. Only if the extra space data is created for the factory 20 by the terminal device 11, automatically an 'extra issue informing mail' is transmitted to a portable terminal device 35 of the sales shop 30 of the address.
