PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosing device requiring no setting of a reference value using the past measuring data in determining abnormality. SOLUTION: A sensor 1 detects vibration generated from a rolling bearing of diagnosing object equipment or an apparatus 10. Only a required frequency band is extracted by a filter 2 from a signal of the detected vibration. Envelope processing is performed on the signal after extraction by an envelope processing part 4. A frequency is analyzed by an FFT arithmetic operation part 6, and is converted into data of a frequency area. From the obtained data, a diagnosing part 7 diagnoses abnormality of the rolling bearing by comparing the size of a basic frequency component of the frequency caused by damage of the rolling bearing with the size of a frequency component of its natural number time.
