CONTENTS DELIVERY SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents delivery system allowing the effectively limited use of contents on a user side.

SOLUTION: A server 1 accumulates the contents and an execution program for processing the contents and finds the conditions of utilizing the contents to be transmitted to a terminal 2. The server 1 delivers the utilizing conditions, the contents and the execution program to the terminal 2 and the terminal 2 stores the utilizing conditions, the contents and the execution program after delivered. The terminal 2 executes the stored execution program within the range of the stored utilizing conditions and processes the stored contents. It is acceptable that the server 1 performs accounting processing according to the found utilizing conditions or selectively delivers the contents and the execution program according to the processing capability or traffic condition of the terminal 2. It is also acceptable that the server 1 delivers middleware for constructing the operating environment of the execution program together with the execution program.
