<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular structure model formation which has versatility and can be visualized as an exact molecular structure. <P>SOLUTION: This formation comprises determining the interatomic distance obtained by molecular structure analysis data as a total length consisting of a combination the spherical radii of two atoms and a piece of bond bar, classifying the kinds of the atoms by the valance state of the atoms and imparting a dimensional value thereto relating to the spherical radii of the atoms, classifying the kinds of bonds by the bond order between the atoms, and imparting a dimensional value thereto relating to the bond bar, and multiplying the spherical radii of the atoms and the dimensional value of the bond bar respectively by the same coefficient thereby visualizing the atomic spheres and the bond bar. The dimensional value of the bond bar of the single bond of 1 in the bond order is specified to the bond distance L<SB>1</SB>=0.7Åof the hydrogen molecule and the relation between the dimensional value L<SB>n</SB>of the bond bar in the bond order n and the bond order n is expressed by Equation 1.
