PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a multicast tree taking into account a quality.

SOLUTION: By sharing information among all nodes in a network by broadcasting multicast tree information and resource information held by the respective nodes in the network, a node receiving a flow receiving request autonomously implements reception control by using only the information that the node itself has. Further, when configuring the tree, a band is secured to realize band guarantee to a flow flowing along the multicast tree. Thus, the quality guaranteed multicast distribution difficult to realize for an existent multicast protocol is enabled.
