SAMPLE-CREATING METHOD FOR RADIOPARENCY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe the X-ray transmission images of a hole that does not exist in any design in a package resin accompanied by a path from the outside when observing a semiconductor device that is sealed by the package resin by a radioparency apparatus.

SOLUTION: Holes can be displayed as X-ray transmission images by creating a sample for a radioparency apparatus where at least the inner surface of the holes is coated with a substance that has a lower X-ray transmittance than a package resin at least from the outside in the holes that do not exist in any design in the package resin of the sample for the radioparency apparatus causing inconveniences.
