<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchanging and discussing method for construction work technology based on a server for allowing respective sections related to specific construction work technology to perform exchange and discussion in any time without gathering together and to share information between the respective section. <P>SOLUTION: In this information exchanging and discussing method performed by the server 10 connected to terminals 12a-16a in the respective sections 12-16 related to work technology of a specific construction type, when a theme to be discussed is registered in the server 10 to be transmitted to the terminals 12a-16a in the respective sections 12-16, the respective sections 12-16 propose problems about the exhibited theme and transmit them from the terminals 12a-16a to register them in the server 10.
