PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput of a wireless communication system by realizing reduction in an access destination switching load of a wireless terminal, distribution of communication loads, and improvement of stable accessibility. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system including: a plurality of wireless base stations 330 to 360 connected to a wired network 300; a wired terminal 320; a server 310; and a plurality of wireless terminals 380, 390. Each wireless terminal is registered to a plurality of communication-available wireless base stations so as to bring it to an accessed state (multi-linked) simultaneously. A wireless base station with a small load and stabler communication state at that point in time is selected among the plurality of wireless base stations in the connected state to the wireless terminal, and the selected base station makes data communications with the wireless terminal. Uniformized communication loads due to switching of the wireless base stations in use and stable communications are realized without causing a roaming load or the like at switching of individual fixed connection to improve the entire throughput of the wireless communication system.
