<p>A hand-trolley transfers a stacked series of baking trays with bread roll dough to a waiting oven-trolley. The hand trolley (1) has baking trays (4) under especially plastic covers (5) which are raised or lowered in unison by a foot-pedal prior to transfer/receipt of the trays to the waiting oven-trolley. The hand-trolley further has a baking tray transfer spindle mechanism (6). The spindles (6) are operated simultaneously by a common drive unit (7, 8).</p> |
