<p>A hinged door or window frame has a secondary inwards tilt action. When closed, the door or window is locked in place esp. by the movement in opposite directions of two superimposed rods (3, 4). The rods are operated by a central lever mechanism (5) and protected from external interference by a cover plate (2). The rod tips have T-shaped catches (6, 7,11, 12, 13, 15) which engage with a trap (9, 10).</p> |
