The ventilation device has a ventilation fan, to which an induction filter (1) is attached. The device also has a housing (2) with an air inlet (3) and an air outlet (4) for clean air. Flow guides (5, 6) are fitted directly behind the air inlet. The induction filter is made partly or entirely of a soundproofing material, or is partly or entirely coated with soundproofing material.
