The force transmission part comprises a guide tube (4) in which a cable (5) is inserted. The bottom of the cable is connected to the lock (1) and the top is connected to the lock manipulating device. An elastic cap (6) is placed on the top of the guide tube. A cover (7), able to close the top of the guide tube when the manipulating device is not in use, is placed on the cable which emerges from the top of the guide tube.
