FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: additionally to detecting prognostically valuable clinical and social values and their risk coefficients one should detect prognostically valuable values for motor lesions of stomach, duodenum, values for life quality and their risk coefficients. If the total of risk coefficients of all prognostically valuable values is above 51 one should detect high risk degree for the development of ulcerous relapse, in case of 26-50 - average risk degree, and at 25 - low risk degree is determined for relapse development. The present method enables to detect high, average and low risk degree for ulcerous relapses that individualizes schemes for patient's postoperative behavior.
