FIELD: metal working, namely manual tool designed for shearing rivets at demounting metallic articles. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing in the form of bracket, power cylinder with rod, lodgment, stopper and cutting unit. Stopper is in the form of -shaped lever whose ends are jointly mounted by means of pivot passing under bracket. Lever and power cylinder rigidly secured to lodgment with possibility of motion together with bracket are arranged in the same end of bracket and cutting unit is arranged on other end of bracket. Apparatus may have supporting pivot and protective screens. EFFECT: enhanced comfortability of using apparatus. 3 cl, 4 dwg
