FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing, drying and grinding fat, protein and carbohydrate components; mixing; homogenizing while introducing mineral and ferment additives and preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella polycephala micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue; reducing nutritive mixture with water before using thereof. EFFECT: improved quality of nutritive mixture due to elimination of fat syneresis during storage and delamination of reduced mixture. |
