Phantom circuit for transmission in local, integrated data and telephone network

The network has connection devices interconnected on the installation side by 4-wire lines and with 2 2-pole data connections and a 2-pole telephone connection each on the user side. Each connection device has 2 2-pole connections connected to the 4-wire line on the installation side and a function network that selectively transmits a.c. signals between the 3 user-side data connections and both installation side connections in phantom technology. The network has connection devices (15) interconnected on the installation side by 4-wire lines (26) and with 2 2-pole data connections (30,31) and a 2-pole telephone connection (41) each on the user side. Each connection device has 2 2-pole connections (38a,b) connected to the 4-wire line on the installation side and contains a function network (32) that selectively transmits a.c. signals between the 3 user-side data connections and both installation side connections in phantom technology.
