PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of eccentricity of a cutting edge part and maintain a mounting condition of the cutting edge part stably. SOLUTION: A hook part 124 composed of an end part 126 and a shaft part 125 is formed in the cutting edge part 120. A hook hole 144 through which the end part 126 of the hook part 124 can pass is formed in a bolt part 140. A wall face 129 for transmitting rotation force which abuts on an inner peripheral fringe of the hook hole 144 when the cutting edge part 120 is screwed into the bolt part 140 and is rotated by about 90 degrees toward the front in the direction S of rotation after inserting the end part 126 of the hook part 124 into the hook hole 144 and letting it pass is formed in the shaft part 125 of the hook part 124. While the cutting edge part 120 and the bolt part 140 are mutually connected, a wall face 130 for preventing reverse rotation which abuts on the inner peripheral fringe of the hook hole 144 is formed in the shaft part 125 of the hook part 124 to prevent that the cutting edge part 120 is screwed into the bolt part 140 and rotates relatively on the rear side in the direction S of rotation.
