PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the amplitude of a supported structure which is supported by a vibration attenuating mechanism in the case of not only starting a dehydrating operation but also a normal rotation. SOLUTION: The supported structure 32 is arranged inside an outer box 1 by support through the use of the vibration attenuating mechanism 33, and consists of a water tub 34, a drum and a motor, etc. Balance weights 55 for balancing the structure 32 are attached by the support of respective elastic bodies. Thus, an external force when dehydrating is operated by the normal rotation excites the balance weights 55 after passing through the supported structure 32 which is a main vibration system and supported by the vibration attenuating mechanism 33. The force working on the balance weights 55 becomes a backward vibration for canceling the external force by the elasticity of the elastic body 57, so that the vibration is suppressed in the supported structure 32.
