PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of performing various machining such as grinding and cutting. SOLUTION: A mold for molding a light leading plate provided with a reflection groove like complicated curve is held by a chuck 31 provided in an upper part of a table unit 32. When cutting a molded face of the reflection groove, a cutting edge 26 is turned on a vertical axial line by a motor 3. The direction of the cutting edge 26 is changed by the turn.
