PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine in which a shooting mechanism can be arranged regardless of a size of a play surface and shot waiting balls can be stably held and stably shot. SOLUTION: In the pachinko game machine provided with a main body 4 of the game machine equipped with a play surface 5 supported by an outer frame 1, a door frame 7 supported to be opened/closed relatively to the main body 4 of the game machine, and located on the front side of the play surface 5, and a shooting mechanism 23, displaced in a rear surface of the door frame 7, located lower than the play surface 5 for shooting pachinko game balls towards the play surface on the basis of the operation of a handle 15 by a player, a shot guide rail 65 is also provided with a game ball guide plate for lowering a shooting position by locating the shooting position of the pachinko game ball by the shooting mechanism 23 further lower than the lowest end of the door frame, and supporting the shot waiting ball set at a shot preparation position in the lower part of the shot guide rail 65 with this lowered shooting position.
