PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fixture for a strainer for a multigate mold capable of easily mounting a plurality of strainers to the multigate mold having a plurality of gates and reducing the number of man-hours required for mounting the strainers. SOLUTION: The mounting fixture for the strainer for the multigate mold is used for casting a cast product and has a plurality of gates for filling molten metal in a cavity. A plurality of holding tubes 13a for holding the strainers are positioned and provided in a base part 5 so as to face positions of the plurality of gates of the multigate mold. The mounting fixture 1 for the strainer for the multigate mold has a holding means for making the holding tubes 13a hold the strainers by magnetism, and a separation means capable of separating the strainers from the holding tubes 13a by reducing magnetic forces of the holding tubes 13a with respect to the strainers or extinguishing the magnetism.
