PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab waterproofing plate and a floor slab waterproofing structure capable of solving such a problem that there is no outlet for rainwater or the like on a floor slab for a certain section and that the rainwater or the like to be collected has to only wait for natural drying because of having no waterway. SOLUTION: The waterproofing plate forming projected stripes at proper intervals on the surface is so laid on the upper surface of a floor slab that the projected stripes can make a composite slope of a longitudinal section slope/a cross section slope, at the same time, the ends of the waterproofing plate rise along the sides on both sides of the width of the floor slab and a curb or the like, and the floor slab waterproofing structure forming the waterway section having no projected stripe in a rising corner is provided.
