PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle-shaped metal fitting having a structure easy to form a stiffening rib by a deep drawing working for increasing the strength and rigidity of the angle-shaped metal fitting used as a stiffening member, a connecting member or the like. SOLUTION: The parallel stiffening ribs 5 and 5 are formed at two places of an angle-shaped substrate 1 by the deep drawing working, an intermediate circular wall 7 is formed to the substrate 1 between both stiffening ribs 5 and 5 and the curvature of the intermediate circular wall 7 is set in a size between each curvature of the circular wall 4 of the substrate 1 and the stiffening ribs 5.
