PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dirt by weather from being attached to a mirror surface, reduce time and cost for maintenance and prevent the system from being big and expensive caused by installing a sun follower, in a conventional solar thermal power generation system in which the efficiency is raised by obtaining a high temperature in a range of 500 to 1000°C. SOLUTION: In this organic Rankine cycle, new developments are made in a CPC collector in which use in a cold region or the efficiency in moderate heat collector area have been improved considerately, a latent heat energy storage tank designed to store medium temperature energy in the form of heat, and a new turbine operated using low potential differences are developed, for improving the efficiency of the system.
