PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink composition for ball-point pens, which has excellent ink dischargeability and causes an excellent, condition to pens, and in which written lines with the same are erasable with an eraser, as the like. SOLUTION: This erasable ink composition for ball-point pens comprises a colorant composed of a pigment, a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, an organic solvent to dissolve the elastomer and an erasing property improver composed of inorganic powder having≥3 aspect ratio. For example, at least one kind selected from earthy graphite, talc, boron nitride, mica, scaly graphite and molybdenum disulfide may be cited as the erasing property improver having the above properties.
