PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for practical use which uses a wave gear on magnetic force. SOLUTION: A flexible magnet ring 5 is attached to the inner perimeter of a flexspline 4 provided inside a circular spline 7. A stator core 8 is provided inside the flexspline 4 for generating a rotational magnetic field in which deflection is rotated, with the flexspline 4 deflected into oval by the magnet ring 5. The circular spline 7 is fixed to a cylindrical part 1a of a motor housing while the flexspline 4 is fixed to an output axis 3, with a rotational output taken out of the output axis 3. The magnet ring 5 is fitted to an open side of the flexspline 4, and its teeth is provided closer to a deflection support point side than to the fitting position of the magnet ring 5, for a larger engagement strength on leverage ratio. In the magnet ring 5, small strip-like magnet pieces are arranged side by side, the entire of which is coated with an elastic resin, for regulating movement with a stopper 6 of the flexspline 4.
