<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-free clothes capable of comfortably performing operation without being accompanied with an unpleasant feeling during wearing. <P>SOLUTION: The highly durable polyester dust-free clothes are sewn by using a fabric mixed-woven mainly from polyester-based synthetic fiber filaments having ≥7.2 (dl/g) intrinsic viscosity [η] containing ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit and electroconductive fiber filaments. The polyester dust-free clothes satisfy the following requirements (1) to (5) and have excellent comfortableness to wear: (1) ≥1.5% moisture absorption rate in the environment at 20°C and 65%RH, (2) ≥3% difference in moisture absorption and release rates between the environment at 20°C and 65%RH and the environment at 30°C and 95%RH, (3) ≤1 s moisture absorption rate by a wicking method, (4) ≥70% drying rate by air-drying in the environment at 20°C and 65%RH for 30 min and (5) ≥70% tear strength retention by a pendulum method after treatment in an autoclave at 121°C for 1,000 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
