PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain a clear and concentrated extract liquid with well- balanced flavor. SOLUTION: This production apparatus 1 for the aimed concentrated extract liquid is made up of a 1st extractor 2 provided with an extractant inlet 8 and the outlet for an extract liquid 9, a 2nd extractor 3 to subject the extraction residues from the 1st extractor 2 to further extraction, a filter 4 for filtering the extract liquid from the 2nd extractor 3, and a concentrator 5 equipped with reverse osmosis membrane to conduct concentration of the filtrate from the filter 4. The concentrator 5 is connected to the 1st extractor 2 to serve the extract liquid concentrated by the concentrator 5 as the extractant for the 1st extractor 2. |
