The present invention relates to a sterilized bag, particularly to a sterilized bag with multilayer filtering films provided with an air permeable apparatus. The sterilized bag of the invention comprises: a bag body, openings on the bag body and air permeable films with filtering micropores which cover the openings. The air permeable films are fixed to the bag body by heat pressing. The further characteristics of the invention are: the bag body may have a plurality of openings on it; a piece of air permeable film may cover a plurality of openings, around which a heat-pressing edge is formed between the films and the body; the shape of the opening may be circle, rectangle, triangle or any other geometrical shapes; the openings evenly distribute on one side of the bag body; the air permeable film may be of monolayer or multiayer. The sterilized bag of the invention has excellent air permeability, and can separate contents of the bag from deleterious compositions contained in air. The air permeable films can be firmly fixed with the bag body by heat pressing. Furthermore, the bag body has even air permeability such that objects contained in the bag may uniformly grow and have homogeneity of quality.
