A conventional output circuit for outputting a single signal converted from a differential signal has a difficulty of miniaturization because of the use of a transformer. A constitution comprising a current mirror circuit involves a strained single signal because of its high output impedance. To solve these problems, this invention comprises a conversion circuit (13) that converts a differential signal outputted from a differential circuit (12) into a single signal and an output impedance converter (resistors (18, 19)) connected in parallel with the output stage of the conversion circuit (13).
