<p>A process for producing a green tea flavor which comprises extracting green tea leaves with water at a temperature lower than 10 °C; and drinks containing the thus obtained flavor. A process for producing dry green tea polyphenol which comprises extracting green tea leaves successively with water at a temperature lower than 10 °C and warm water at a temperature of 50 °C or higher then drying the extract; and drinks containing the thus obtained green tea polyphenol.</p> |
