PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to surely feel a switching operation in forward traveling and safely perform an agricultural work. SOLUTION: A forward/backward switching lever is interlocked and connected to a forward/backward switching mechanism through an interlocking connecting mechanism, and this temporary fixing device is provided in the middle of the interlocking connecting device. The temporary fixing device performs a temporary fixing operation to fix and hold the forward/backward switching lever at least a forward switching position and, further, between a neutral position and a backward switching position.
