PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and the manufacturing cost, and to speed up attachment/detachment works. SOLUTION: A seat fitting rail 11 having a plurality of engagement recessed parts 16 and narrow parts 17 which are alternately formed at a predetermined pitch on opening edges facing each other of a groove 14 of inverted T-shaped section is installed on a floor surface of an aircraft body. By tilting a pair of fitting members 50 and 50 integrally having a vertical part 50A, a locking piece 50B provided on a lower end of the vertical part 50A, and an engagement projecting part 50C projected on a face side of the vertical part 50A to the face side with the back sides thereof mating each other in the opposite direction, the locking piece 50B is engaged with the groove 14 of the rail 11 from an upper part, and the engagement projecting part 50C is engaged with the engagement recessed parts 16. The pair of fitting members 50 and 50 are turned and erected, a bolt is passed through a bolt passing hole 54 in the fitting members 50 and 50 to fix the fitting members to a support leg of the seat, and a tip of the locking piece 50B is pressed against a top surface of the groove 14.
