PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a vehicular floor panel having improved transmission loss characteristics for suppressing the propagation of the vibration of a vehicle body from under a floor and of noises outside a vehicle without increasing weight. SOLUTION: The floor panel 1 comprises a honeycomb structure 4 laid between an upper face panel 2 and a lower face panel 3. Cell wall portions 5 in an adhesive non-applied area of the honeycomb structure 4 are provided with through-holes 6 having predetermined sizes. By making the honeycomb structure 4 into a panel form, as mentioned above, their through-holes work as resistance to induce the loss of sound energy, suppressing the vibration and noises of a driving device or others propagating from the floor panel without increasing the weight of the floor panel. Thus, emitted sounds in the vehicle are reduced, that is, there are particularly greatly reducing effects of the noises in the vehicle having a low frequency band of 500 Hz or less resulting from the vibration of the vehicle body.
