PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven cutting and bending tool or a motor-driven bending tool which is miniaturized and made lightweight, has simple constitution, and is durable and inexpensive and whose operability, assemblability and safety is improved. SOLUTION: A center plate 15 in which a center pin which is a supporting point of bending and a reaction force receiver are integrally formed is fit and fixed to a shaft on the extension of an output shaft 4 and that of a support shaft 9 for supporting a rocker arm 10 which are two rigid shafts. A reinforcing bar passage part 15c on which a reinforcing bar 26 to be bent is placed is provided between a cylindrical part 15a fit to the output shaft 4 and receiving part 16b.
