PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealable laminated polypropylene resin film which has a sufficient heat sealing strength to package a heavy product and which can be used suitably for a packaging application with good transparency and to provide a package using such film. SOLUTION: The laminated biaxially stretched polypropylene resin film comprises a base layer (A) made of a crystalline polypropylene resin, an intermediate layer (B) and a heat fusion bonded layer (C) having a melting point of 150°C or lower, sequentially laminated so that a melt flow rate (MFR(A)) of the layer (A), a melt flow rate (MFR(B)) of the layer (B) and a melt flow rate (MFR(C)) of the layer (C) satisfy a formula (1): MFR(C)≥2×MFR(A)≥MFR(B) and a resin for forming the layer (B) contains at least one type or more of the resin for forming the layer (A) and the resin for forming the layer (C).
