PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid drawing material having an excellent strength and an excellent color-developing property. SOLUTION: This solid drawing material comprising a binder such as clay or a resin, for example, nitrocellulose, a coloring material such as an inorganic pigment or an organic pigment, and an extender is characterized in that the extender contains platy alumina having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 20μm and an aspect ratio of 10 to 80 in an amount of 2 to 30 wt.% based on the total amount of the solid drawing material.
