PROGRAM RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a program related information providing system enabling identification of a program which a viewer or a listener is viewing or listening to without newly adding information to the program broadcasting signals from a broadcast station.

SOLUTION: A customer station device 40 extracts voice features from the voice data of the program being viewed or listened to and transmits the extracted voice feature data to a program related information distribution server 30. The program related information distribution server 30, based on the voice feature data transmitted from the customer station device 40, identifies the program being viewed or listened to by the customer station device 40.
